You’ll write down the things that bring you joy and that energise you.
These activities can be adapted to fit what makes you happy. It could be treating yourself to a candle or a piece of cake.
It could also include experiences like making changes to your home environment or taking yourself out for coffee.
Fiona will help you choose your daily self-care goals based on your goals and your life.
You can do it with or without Fiona. If you're doing it without Fiona, you come up with those things, put them on your calendar, and then do one of those things each day.
If you're doing it with Fiona, she'll help you unpack lots of different areas of your life. She'll help you to plan out achievable goals that work with your life.
